Its all aluminized steel construction eliminates grease and dirt trapping and features a narrower grill surface on one side of the grill plates. The integral channels have been designed specifically to dispense the excess fat from the meats and reduce flames and smoke. The flip side of this charbroiler features wider， flatter grill surfaces which makes the unit perfect for delicate food items like fish.
This medium-duty charbroiler has angled adaptor bars that enable the grill plates to be angled away from the heat for slower cooking of different food items. The design helps direct the grease away， so the flare-ups are minimum. The (3) 60，000 BTU burners are placed at every 6" interval for optimum heat distribution and control. The superior quality stainless steel burner construction aids faster recovery and even heat distribution. The charbroiler also has heavy-duty gas valves and has a cool-to-touch bull-nose design that aids maximum operation safety.
